All Sifani jewellery uses 18kt Gold. Stone caratage in your purchase may increase or decrease slightly to that shown on the website. You will be provided with the exact stone weight of the piece of jewellery that you have purchased with the delivery of your item.

We use WorldPay for secure credit card processing and can accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, JCB, Solo and Switch. Credit card purchases must be sent to the cardholders billing address.

Orders/Purchases:
We aim to send you your item within 28 days (unless otherwise stated with a particular model) of our sending you a confirmation of order email. Should an item be out of stock – we will contact you before processing your order to advise of the amount of waiting time that may be involved.

We will make every effort to insure that you receive your package during the timescale given. Occasionally, delays will be inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances – Sifani will not take liability for delay when causes are beyond our control.

All jewellery will be hallmarked, as legally required, by the London Assay office.

Postage & Packaging:
For delivery within the UK the charge is £5.00 by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
For deliveries within Europe the charge is £35.00.
For deliveries to the Rest of the World the charge is £40.00.
Items will be despatched by courier service.

Your jewellery item will be sent in our stylish Sifani jewellery boxes.
Should you require gift-wrapping please contact us.

Returns and Cancellations:
We offer a 30 day returns policy – provided that the jewellery is returned unworn and in its original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. You will receive a full refund to the original credit card used for the purchase. Any returned item must be sent, with the original packaging, by Royal Mail Special Delivery. For outside UK, please return by courier. We are unable to accept responsibility for returned goods that do not arrive. The delivery charge for your original order will not be refunded.

Should you receive your purchase and it is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days and we will attempt to resolve the problem by either replacing or exchanging the item or giving a full refund.
